Portfolio images and videos displayed on the Site are shared with the permission of the applicable client or organization, consistent with our internal creative-network acknowledgment practices. No content on the Site may be downloaded, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Information on the Site regarding services, packages, or pricing is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Final scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any project are governed exclusively by a signed Service Agreement between Momentus and the client. Availability of services is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Where applicable, payment terms (including accepted payment methods and any card processing fees) will be disclosed at the time of invoicing or in the applicable Service Agreement. Use of the Site does not itself create a payment obligation.
The Site may link to third-party platforms, including social media pages and giving/donation platforms used by church clients. Momentus does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
