Use of client images or footage in our portfolio or marketing materials is governed by the terms of the applicable Service Agreement, and we will honor any usage restrictions agreed to with a client. If you are a client and have questions about how your media may be used, please contact us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Momentus does provide event, memorial, and family media services that may include images of minors in the context of a family or church event booked by a parent, guardian, or organization — this is handled under the applicable Service Agreement, not through Site data collection.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and giving/donation platforms used by our church clients. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
