Joshua Smith still has a video from his sixth birthday. Watching it years later, he understood something he couldn’t shake: a preserved moment doesn’t just remember the past, it brings it back to life. That understanding became Momentus.
He grew up serving in a church that has spent more than thirty-two years strengthening families, and that mission shaped him. It’s where he came to understand what it means to preserve what matters and pass it to the next generation. Before Momentus, seven years in sales and marketing taught him how organizations grow. He brings both to every project.
Momentus was never really about cameras. It’s about what a preserved story does for the people who receive it, and for the generations who come after. Everyone leaves a legacy, and Joshua built Momentus to help people leave a good one.
